AI-powered UX audit

Find what's hurting your user experience

Paste a URL. Audix tests your site in a real browser and scores it against 120+ UX laws, design principles and accessibility rules, then tells you exactly which element to fix first and why it matters.

No sign-up. No credit card. First audit is free.

What you get

See exactly what's getting in the way

Every finding names the element, the UX principle it breaks, the people it affects and the fix. No vague "improve your hierarchy" advice, just a list you can hand to a developer today.

What’s happening?

The "Start free trial" button shares the same weight, colour and size as the secondary "Learn more" link. First-time visitors have no single obvious next step.

Why it matters

Hick's Law: when two actions look equally important, decision time rises and more visitors leave without choosing either.

What to change

Give the primary button a filled, high-contrast style and 24px of clear space around it. Reduce "Learn more" to a text link.

The problem

You know something isn't working. Finding out why is the hard part.

Analytics tells you where people leave. Heatmaps show where they hover. Neither tells you why the button got ignored, the form got abandoned or the pricing page felt confusing. Until now, the only way to get that answer was a UX consultant and a four-week wait.

Analytics

Shows you the drop-off, not the reason. A 68% exit rate on checkout tells you something broke. It doesn't tell you it was the greyed-out coupon field.

Behaviour insights

Heatmaps and session recordings take weeks of traffic to mean anything, and hours to watch. You still have to interpret every rage-click yourself.

Manual UX review

Expert, but expensive and slow. Most teams can afford one a year, so the other 11 months ship blind.

Audix UX audit

Reads your live site like a senior designer would, scores every page against proven UX laws and accessibility standards, and hands you a ranked fix list in about a minute. Every release, not once a year.

How it works

From one URL to a fix list in four steps

No tracking script, no code snippet, no onboarding call. Enter your website and Audix does the rest.

Features

Measured, not guessed.

Most "UX checkers" read your HTML and pattern-match. Audix opens your site, uses it, and scores what it finds against the same principles senior designers use in a manual review.

Measured in a real browser, not scraped from code

Audix renders every page in Chromium, at desktop and mobile viewports, and interacts with it the way a visitor would. So it catches what source-code scanners miss: the sticky header hiding your CTA on mobile, the hover-only menu that doesn't work on touch, the modal that traps the keyboard.

Scored against what you're actually trying to do

Pick a goal (sign-ups, demo bookings, checkout, support deflection) and Audix weighs every finding by how much it stands between a visitor and that outcome. A low-contrast footer link and a hidden pricing toggle are both problems. Only one of them costs you revenue.

Every finding points at the element

No "consider improving your visual hierarchy". Each issue comes with a screenshot, the element highlighted, its selector, the pages it appears on, and the UX law or heuristic it breaks. Your developer gets a ticket, not a riddle.

Fixes ranked by what they're worth

Audix estimates the effort of every fix and the impact on your goal, then sorts the list so the first hour you spend is the most valuable one. Most sites move their score by 15–20 points from the top five items alone.

Clear about what still needs a person

Automated checks cover about two-thirds of the UX rules that matter. Audix tells you which it tested, which it couldn't (brand fit, copy tone, task-specific flows) and gives you a short, structured checklist to review those yourself in under 20 minutes.

What's covered

Your experience is more than how it looks

Audix checks six dimensions of your site, each against the principles that research has shown move real behaviour. Every finding tells you which one it belongs to.

Usability

Can visitors find and finish what they came for? Navigation clarity, form friction, error handling, task flow, Nielsen's 10 heuristics.

UI & visual design

Does the design guide the eye or fight it? Visual hierarchy, contrast, spacing consistency, typography scale, alignment, affordance of interactive elements.

Accessibility

Can everyone use it, including with a screen reader or keyboard? Colour contrast, focus states, alt text, labels, tap target size, WCAG 2.2 AA.

Conversion & friction

What stands between a visitor and your goal? CTA prominence, trust signals, pricing clarity, form length, distraction, choice overload.

UX laws & principles

Does your layout work with human behaviour or against it? Fitts's Law, Hick's Law, Jakob's Law, Miller's Law, Gestalt grouping, progressive disclosure, 40+ more.

Mobile experience

Does it hold up on a phone? Touch targets, thumb reach, layout shift, sticky elements, viewport bugs, tested at real mobile sizes.
